This business is registerd in Germany as a Einzellunternehmung.
German law dictates that in order to hold and operate a business, a person has to has to have full business ability.
When I started this business, I was 16 years old, so I did not have full business ability becuase of my age. Luckily for me, German law provides a way for minors to run a business, in form of §112 BGB. What this states is, that a minor may operate a business, when the local Family Court agrees to it. Which is what happend in my case.
